CELIA’S AMAZING SCALLOPED APPLES

Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in a deep kettle;

Peel and slice four apples;

Place the apples in the pan and sauté’;

Rasp 1 tsp. nutmeg pod into the kettle;

Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon;

Rasp orange zest into the kettle;

Add a handful of dark raisins;

Add a pinch of salt;

Cook 20-30 minutes covered until tender.

Garnish with orange slices. (Show #206)
