Michael Elliott’s Pork Chop Casserole

-Wash 4 Pork Chops;

-Season both sides of meat with seasoned salt;

- Add a dash of pepper;

-Spread one cup of uncooked white rice evenly in a 13 by 9 inch pan;

-Warm a non-stick fry pan. Place a capful of peanut oil in the pan and let it warm;

-Place pork chops into the pan, 2 pieces at a time;

-Turn the meat in the pan until lightly browned;

-Transfer the pork chops onto the raw rice in the pan;

-Sprinkle onion soup mix over the pork and rice;

-Pour two cans of water over the pork, soup and rice;

-Cover the pan with aluminum foil;

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. (Show #206)
