GREEN SMOOTHIE

Big handful of organic baby spinach

Smaller handful of Swiss chard

Even smaller amount of parsley

1 ½ cup mix of frozen fruit (preferably, strawberries, green grapes, mango, ½ banana, & peach; fruit can be frozen or not)

2oz. Pure pineapple low sugar juice (optional; can use water instead)

2oz. Water

10 drops of stevia to taste

Clean all fresh greens thoroughly using a grapefruit essential oil & water spray.

Place greens in blender. Add fruit mixture, pineapple juice & water. Add drops of stevia (more or less to preferred taste)

Turn the blender on and enjoy the beautiful color.

Also note*** by using light colored fruits, drink will appear a beautiful green color. If you have no preference for the green color presentation, use dark colored fruits such as the very antioxidant rich berries etc.
