David New’s Pepper Hash

Ingredients:

3 pounds shredded cabbage

¼ bunch dill

1 level teaspoon parsley flakes

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup vinegar

1 cup sugar

4 cups water

Directions:

Mix well and refrigerate.

Keep refrigerated for several days. (Show #202)
