ANGIE’S MEXICAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. of ground meat

1 egg

1/2 diced onion

1/2 cup milk

1 cup bread crumbs

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. ground pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

How to prepare

Mix well with fork or hands

Shape to desired size, put into sauce to simmer for 45 min.-1 hr.

Sauce

2 tsp. oil

3 garlic cloves

Half onion, sliced

Sauté’ 3-5 minutes.

Add beef or chicken bouillon cubes to taste

1 cup water

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil 2 minutes, let simmer, cover; add prepared meatballs…Makes 5 servings. (#show 105)
