APPLE OF MY EYE LOWFAT APPLE PIZZA PIE

Pre-bake low fat crescent dough at 375 degrees for five minutes.

Mix one 15 ounce can of apple pie filling which is sweetened with a sugar substitute.

Add 1-1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice.  Mix.

Spread topping over the pre-baked crust.

Then, mix:

3/4 cup graham crackers

1/2 cup sugar substitute

1/4 cup slightly melted margarine

Use pastry mixer and cut together until it has a crumbly texture.

Spread crumbly mixture over apple topping.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. (Show # 109)
