Denise Stroud’s Jerk Chicken and Pork

Clean meat with vinegar and fresh water.

(5 pork chops and 5 pieces of chicken)

Sprinkle Accent on the meat.

3 shakes of Garlic Powder

Tblsp. Of jarred jerk seasoning (less if preferred)

Mix liquid together with meat in a bowl.

Either bake at 350 degrees for two hours, or place on a heated grill. 

Shake paprika on the chicken. (Show #108)
