CELIA’S EASY CHEESY POTATOES

Boil 5 medium potatoes, prepare for mashing.

Instead of mashing the potatoes, slice with knives or pastry blender.

Heat 1 stick of butter and one half pint of ½ and ½ until butter is melted.

Add ½ tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper and grated cheddar cheese to potatoes.

Put potatoes in an oblong dish and pour milk mixture over the potatoes and mix. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 min. or until top is brown.

Add a little cheese on top near the end. (SHOW #101)
