MARIE’S FAMOUS FRESH VEGETABLE SOUP

3 celery stalks, sliced

2 carrots, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 -15 oz. can of kidney beans or beans of your choice

1/4 cup of cooked rice

1/4 cup of elbow macaroni

Salt and pepper to taste

1 beef bouillon cube per cup of water

1/4 cup of butter

1 can of V-8 Vegetable juice

Bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes.
